After that, he will explain to you what happens next if you like the property. You’ll just have to decide if the place is for you or not. If the answer is yes, you’re halfway done. You found what you are looking for and there is just one step between you and your new home.

3) Reservation

If you like the property and you have made an agreement with the agent and the owner it’s time to take the next step – to sign the reservation contract and pay the reservation deposit. With this step, you will ensure that the property will no longer be offered for sale and is almost yours.

4) Financing

We always give our clients the option to compare their financing offer with the offer from our cooperating mortgage adviser.

If you give him a chance, the adviser can pleasantly surprise you and can probably save you tens of thousands.

5) Legal service

It is also included in our services. We have been working with the law firm of JUDr. Urbancová. She is not only a great professional but also a great person.

She can answer all your questions, prepare contracts that are easy to understand and provide everything you need for the real estate cadastre.

6) Handover of the property

The happy moment finally came. Together with the seller, we will meet on the purchased property, we will sign the handover protocol (including the current state of utilities), you will receive the keys and that's it.

You can start unpacking. You have become the new owners of the property of your choice.

Now you have an important task that we will not help you with - swap labels on bells and mailboxes so the postman and friends can find you.

7) Transfer of utilities

You have bought a new property and you will certainly want to continue to use electricity or gas. You only have to decide on a supplier and let us know.

We will take care of the necessary forms, which we will pre-fill for you, and when handing over the apartment, all you have to do is sign them. We will take care of everything else.
